Annie got her 1st MX leg, with a clean run, 2nd place, and 58.5 seconds on a 67-second course run. If I say so myself, it was pretty darn pretty! Except for the weave poles, where I am totally paranoid, so I make her totally slow down so we don't blow it. I'll get over that soon.
Congratulations to our California Versatility Excellent Beardie, ANNIE (Moonsong Klassical Legacy, CDX, AX, HS, HTD-1-s, NAC, NJC, NGC) on her first MX leg! Annie just keeps earning new titles like the outstanding working Beardie she is, under her ever more perfect handler, Sharon Prassa. Sharon really moved out with Annie on Saturday and did they ever run! We are all encouraging Sharon to take the risk on the weave poles, but, since this is our last AKC weekend for a full six months, Sharon and Annie went for the SURE thing. Congratulations to both of you!
