 “Marley was born thirty days, almost to the minute, after I lost my first Beardie very suddenly.  He loved agility, and he did a perfect canine double-take at our first agility trial.  He was crated next to a friend's boxer, Gambit.  Marley knew Gambit from conformation.  When I got Marley out of his crate at the agility trial, he trotted beside me until the activity in the standard ring caught his eye.  He stopped, did the double take, and looked an ‘ooh, thank you' at me that I will never forget.  I'm sure he could have achieved much more in agility if he had not had me for a handler.  He did everything I asked of him, including struggling into my vet's office on his own paws that last day.  We will miss him always.”
