B. I. N. G. O. and Bingo was his name-O
Bingo came to our household as a wild and wooly two-year old Beardie Boy. We acquired Bingo through Bearded Collie rescue, but his placement was more like a "private adoption" because he was in a good home situation to begin with.
Bingo was a dog that was all heart. He liked everyone and everything, always tried his best to please and was a big clown that loved to entertain or play to an audience.
He always made us laugh. Many people told us that Bingo should be in movies or commercials and that "Happy" would be a good nickname for him.
At the age of four, Bingo was diagnosed with Addison's Disease . Fortunately it was diagnosed early and he was well controlled on medication. In spite of his Addison's Disease, which at times tended to drain Bingo of his energy, Bingo earned the following titles: OA, AXJ, NAP, OJP, NAC-V, NJC-V, CDX, PT, JHD, CGC, and VX.
When you consider Bingo's health problems plus the fact that he started agility as an eight-year-old, his winning the Ryan Award for Novice Agility Jumpers with Weaves was extra special.
