After a long day of Trialing, followed by hilarious Team Relays, the Specialty Agility competitors and their supporters trooped back to the hotel for a refreshing and fun Agility dinner and our 3rd Annual BAD Awards ceremony. The hotel staff was fabulous and had a delicious, warm dinner ready and waiting for us, along with a much appreciated cash bar.

We started our Awards ceremony by acknowledging those with the most BAD Attitude, according to their friends. Then our four new Agility Champions were applauded. This was followed by a tribute to our Rainbow Bridge Beardies and our Retired Agility Beardies. Certificates were awarded to the Beardies who had earned the most legs in all four USA agility venues between 1 July 2000 and 30 June 2001. Finally, certificates were given to the twenty-four Beardies who had earned more than 10 Agility titles in the USA and Canada before this year's Specialty. That list was published in the "Summer Bulletin, 2001" and is already out of date!
