The July issue of Front and Finish published its 1996 Agility standings. The standings are divided by class (novice, open and excellent) and reflect AKC trials. In order to obtain F & F points a dog had to place first through fourth in one of the four height divisions (first place winners in each division receive one F & F point for each dog in competition, second place receives one less point, etc.) The standings list only the top ten dogs in each breed that accumulated the most points during 1996. Here are the Beardie standings:
The concept of Delaney points originated with obedience competition. In the obedience rankings, points are not differentiated by class- the points earned in all classes are added together.
